This application (the “App”) respects the privacy of its users and works to protect personal information. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how personal information is handled in the App.
Article 1. Information We Collect
To provide the service, the App collects the following categories of information:
Account information: Basic information used to identify users, such as nicknames and user IDs, as well as optional attributes provided by users.
User profile information: Optional information provided to personalize the service, such as gender, date of birth, and training goals. This information is stored on the user’s device and in a private database and is not made public to other users.
Service usage information: Information about use of App features, including workout records, game progress, in-App activity history, and settings.
Device and technical information: Technical information needed to provide and improve the service, including device details, OS information, App version, IP address, and log information.
External service integration information: Information needed to connect with external services, such as Google, only when the user chooses to connect them.
Transaction information: Information related to payments, such as purchase history and transaction IDs. Apple manages payment information, and we do not obtain it.
Support information: Information needed to respond to inquiries and provide support.
Article 2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
Providing, maintaining, and improving the service
Providing user support and responding to inquiries
Maintaining service security and preventing unauthorized use
Developing new features and improving service quality
Creating and analyzing statistical data in a form that cannot identify individuals
Providing information to users, including notices and announcements
Addressing violations of the Terms of Use
Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Other purposes necessary to operate the service
Article 3. Information Management and Protection
1. Collected information is encrypted and stored on cloud servers, such as Google Firebase, with appropriate security measures.
2. We implement technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leaks.
3. We educate and supervise employees and contractors regarding the proper handling of personal information.
4. Servers used by cloud services such as Google Firebase may be located outside Japan, including in the United States. Information sent to these services is handled under each service’s privacy framework. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Please review the privacy policies of the relevant services for details.
Article 4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide users’ personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
When the user has given consent
When required by law
When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent
When provided to a contractor under a confidentiality agreement to the extent necessary to provide the service
When the business is transferred through a merger, business transfer, or similar transaction
Article 5. External Services
The App uses the following external services. Each service handles information according to its own privacy policy:
1. Google Firebase (Google LLC)
Purpose: Authentication, data storage and synchronization, crash analysis, and performance measurement
Information sent: Device identifier (Instance ID), IP address, OS and App version information, App usage and event logs, crash logs, and stack traces
Opt-out: Analytics data transmission can be disabled in the device’s “Settings → Privacy → Tracking” or in the App’s settings

2. Google Sign-In (Google LLC)
Purpose: Account integration, only when selected by the user

3. Google AdMob (Google LLC)
Purpose: Ad delivery and ad performance measurement
Information sent: Advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), IP address, device information, and App usage
Opt-out: On iOS, IDFA sharing can be disabled in “Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking”

Article 6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The App may use cookies and similar technologies to improve the service and user experience. Users can manage these technologies through their device settings, but disabling them may limit some features.
Article 7. Data Retention
1. User data is retained until an account deletion request is made or the service ends.
2. Data is deleted within a reasonable period after an account deletion request.
3. Data that must be retained by law, such as transaction records, is retained for the legally required period. We may also retain data for a certain period to the extent necessary to prevent unauthorized use or resolve disputes.
Article 8. User Rights
Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information. Please contact us through the App’s settings screen or inquiry feature. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Article 9. Use by Minors
1. Users must be at least 12 years old to use the App.
2. Users under 18 must obtain parental consent before using the App.
3. Parents and guardians should appropriately supervise their children’s use, including preventing excessive training and managing use of paid features.
Article 10. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be changed as necessary due to changes in laws, the service, or other circumstances. Important changes will be announced in the App. If a user continues to use the App after a change, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed Policy.
